You know Fall has arrived when the Trinity Church Fair pops up on the Branford Green. We were happy to be part of the September event that included local artisans, a tag sale, bake sale, food, music, games for kids and more. The Branford Microfund was one of several non-profits that participated in the event, along with the Branford Food Pantry, Living Wisely & Well on Planet Earth, Dancing with Parkinson’s, Branford Historical Society, Venture Crew, Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts of America, and Branford Community Dining Room.
It was a great opportunity to let our community know about the Branford Microfund, and our interest free loan program available to Branford residents who encounter unexpected financial obstacles like unexpected medical procedures, car repairs, a late tuition payment, and critical household repairs.
We love being able to share our story with the community!
We hope you'll join us our next appearance in partnership with the Community Dining Room: Branford Gets Fed: A Tasting Event on Wednesday, November 8, 6:00-8:00pm at the Pine Orchard Yacht & Country Club. The restaurants will be making their signature dishes and there will also be a raffle. This event sells out each year, so purchase your tickets now!
